The Central Committee is a 25-member executive committee, in which 1 chairperson, 3 vice chairpersons, 1 general secretary, 3 secretaries, 1 treasurer, and 17 elected central committee members will be elected by the provincial committee. To participate in the election of the federation, one must be a member of the Federation for at least one term. The founding members formed the central committee for 2022-2023 while WNF-Nepal’s network expanded and built provincial and district-level committees.

District committees for the women's federation will be formed in all 77 districts. The District Committee will implement the policy and plan of the Women's Federation in coordination and cooperation with the local government and development partners. It will inform the provincial committee about its activities and distribute the federation's support at the district level. It will also act as a social advocate for justice and women's equality.

An arrangement will be made to have a 9-member district working committee. 1 chairperson, 1 vice chairperson, 1 secretary, 1 treasurer, and 5 members will be elected through the democratic method. To participate in the election, one must be a member of the Federation for at least one term.

The women's federation was and will continue to be formed through a democratic process. The central working committee of the women's federation has 25 members including 1 chairperson, 3 vice chairpersons, 1 general secretary, 3 secretaries, 1 treasurer, and 17 members, who will be elected through a democratic process. The Central Committee will be elected by the Province Committee. The provincial committee will have 15 members. The said provincial committee will be elected by the district working committee. Similarly, the district committee will have 9 members and the committee will be elected from the district member body. The term of the Central, Provincial, and District Working Committees will be 2 years. As provided in the constitution, the member organizations that have reached the registration process will be able to participate in the election. Attention will be paid to the inclusive working committee at all three levels.

WNF holds a yearly general assembly meeting. The general assembly passes the federation’s annual report, audit report, and plans for the coming year. The executive committee will fill the vacancy and the executive committee will appoint staff, make policy guidelines and delegate authority. The members of the executive committee will work as volunteers.

This federation will have provincial committees in all seven provinces. The district representatives will elect the provincial committee members through democratic methods. The Provincial Committee will create pressure at various levels for the rights of women by coordinating and cooperating with the province and district organizations.

WNF will have a 15-member working committee in each province in which 1 chairperson, 2 vice chairpersons, 2 secretaries, 1 treasurer, and 9 members will be elected. The committee will be elected by the district committee and all the districts of the state will be represented in the committee. To participate in the election, one must be a member of the Federation for at least one term.
